Returns & Exchanges Policy
§1 General Provisions
This Return and Exchange Policy defines the rules for returning and exchanging products purchased by Customers in the SampleStore.pl online store, operated by Michał Sokołowski SampleStore.pl, with its registered office at ul. Cisowa 3, 15-378 Śródlesie, Poland.
§2 Right to Withdraw from the Contract
- A Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client should inform the Store of their decision by submitting an unequivocal statement via e-mail to: return@samplestore.global.
§3 Returning a Product
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Client is obliged to send the product back to the Store immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

- In order to make a return / exchange, the Client is required to download the return / exchange form, print it, fill it out, and include it with the returned goods.

§4 Exchanging a Product
- The Client may exchange a product within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
- To make an exchange, the Client should contact the Store via e-mail: return@samplestore.global or by phone at: +48 507 890 356, indicating the product to be exchanged and the preferred replacement.
- The shipping costs of the product for exchange are borne by the Client, unless the exchange results from a product defect.
§5 Refunds
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Store returns all received payments to the Client, including the costs of delivering the product (except for additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store).
- The refund will be issued immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product or proof of its return, whichever occurs first.
- The refund is made using the same payment method used by the Client, unless the Client has agreed to a different refund method that does not involve additional costs for them.
§6 Return Shipping Costs
- The direct costs of returning the product, including transport costs, are borne by the Client, unless the Store has expressly agreed to cover them.
- In the case of a product exchange, the costs of shipping the new product to the Client are covered by the Store, provided that the exchange results from a defect in the product or an error on the part of the Store.
§7 Final Provisions
- The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Return and Exchange Policy. Clients will be informed of any changes in an appropriate manner, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
- In matters not regulated by this policy, the relevant provisions of applicable law shall apply, including GDPR and the Civil Code.
